CellScope Pro is a free browser-based RF network planning and learning platform for 4G LTE and 5G NR coverage prediction, site design, PCI planning, and RF engineering education. Built by RF engineers for engineers, students, and small operators — calibrated against 3GPP TR 38.901 and ITU-R P.1812-7 standards, with drive-test calibration support.
Honest positioning: CellScope Pro is not a replacement for Atoll, Planet, or ASSET in enterprise operator workflows. Those tools have decades of investment in geodata, live-network integration, and vendor support that we do not match. We are a credible learning/planning platform for outdoor macro, small-cell, and educational use, with a transparent engine and exportable engineering reports.
Every prediction is computed using physics from published standards (not black-box marketing math):
23 propagation models supported. Full formulas, assumptions, and references are listed in the in-app Methodology & Standards section of the generated PDF report.
Predictions can be calibrated against measured RSRP from real drive tests:
A live mobile drive-test PWA at dt.html records GPS + RSRP estimates in the field and exports GPX for import.
RSRP, SINR, RSRQ, throughput, best-server, UL RSRP/SINR, pilot-pollution, confidence, and composite layers. Capacity-aware SINR with per-cell PRB load. Carrier Aggregation throughput across same-site cells. UE-height-aware (handheld, vehicle, drone, CPE).
Manual placement, hex grid generator, CSV import (with operator-realistic per-cell custom frequency override via resolveBand()), Atoll-style antenna pattern upload (.msi/.ant/.txt/.pat), 138 worldwide cellular bands with regional filter (FCC/CEPT/TRAI/ARIB).
30–40 page expert PDF report with: methodology + standards compliance, executive summary + health score, per-clutter coverage breakdown, pilot pollution + overshooting analysis, interference matrix, coverage gap analysis, handover boundary stats, uplink coverage audit, EIRP regulatory compliance, antenna configuration audit, PCI/PRACH/AFP plan, capacity analysis, drive-test calibration results, prediction confidence/reliability, energy/OPEX estimate, ROI estimate, risk register, glossary & KPI definitions.
Also exports CSV, KML, KMZ, GeoTIFF (coverage raster), Shapefile (GIS), and Excel (multi-sheet). Share read-only project URLs.
