By creating an account, accessing courses, or using any part of the CafeTele platform ("Service"), you agree to:

• Follow our Community Guidelines
• Adhere to applicable laws and regulations

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

2.2 Account Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

2.3 Account Types

• Student Account: Access to purchase and enroll in courses
• Instructor Account: Create and publish courses
• Admin Account: Manage platform operations

3. Course Enrollment and Access

3.1 Course Purchase

When you purchase a course:

• You receive a lifetime license to access that specific course
• Access is non-transferable and non-refundable (except as stated in Refund Policy)
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Prices include applicable taxes (GST)

3.2 Course Access

• Courses are available on-demand, 24/7
• You may download course materials for personal use only
• Streaming and downloading are subject to fair use limits
• We reserve the right to revoke access for Terms violations

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept:

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
• Credit/Debit Cards
• Net Banking
• Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, etc.)
• International cards (via Stripe/PayPal)

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your payment card details.

4.3 Pricing

• All prices are subject to change without notice
• Price changes do not affect existing purchases
• Promotional pricing is valid for limited time only

5. Refund Policy

5.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if:

• You've completed less than 30% of the course
• You haven't downloaded course materials
• You haven't violated our Terms of Service
• The course has technical issues we can't resolve

5.2 Refund Process

• Contact [email protected] with your order ID
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
• Original payment method will be credited

5.3 Non-Refundable

• Completed courses (>30% progress)
• Downloaded materials
• Requests after 30 days
• Bundle deals (unless entire bundle unused)

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Platform Content

All content on CafeTele (courses, videos, text, graphics, logos) is protected by:

• Copyright laws
• Trademark laws
• Intellectual property rights

6.2 User License

When you enroll in a course, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• View course content for personal learning
• Download materials for personal use

6.3 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Share your account or course access with others
• Download and redistribute course materials
• Record, copy, or sell course content
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright notices or watermarks

7. Instructor Terms

7.1 Content Ownership

As an instructor:

• You retain ownership of your course content
• You grant CafeTele a license to host and distribute your content
• You are responsible for content quality and accuracy

7.2 Revenue Sharing

Revenue split (to be confirmed):

• Instructor receives 70% of course sales
• CafeTele receives 30% platform fee
• Payments processed monthly (minimum ₹1000)

7.3 Content Guidelines

Course content must:

• Be original or properly licensed
• Be educational and legal
• Not contain offensive or harmful material
• Meet quality standards

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Post spam or malicious content
• Attempt to hack or compromise security
• Use automated scripts or bots
• Create fake accounts or reviews
• Engage in fraudulent activities

9. Account Termination

9.1 By You

You may close your account anytime by contacting support. Active course access will be maintained.

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse or harm other users
• Violate intellectual property rights

10. Disclaimers

10.1 Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and updates may cause temporary downtime.

10.2 Content Accuracy

Course content is provided "as is." We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy or completeness of information
• Specific learning outcomes
• Job placement or career advancement
• Certification validity (except our own certificates)

10.3 Third-Party Links

Our platform may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• CafeTele is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific course
• We are not responsible for user-generated content
• We are not liable for third-party actions

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CafeTele from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of intellectual property rights
• Your content or activities

13. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features
• Update course content
• Change pricing (for new purchases)
• Update these Terms (with notice)
