Most issues have a quick fix. If yours isn't here, ping WhatsApp or email — we'll sort it.

First, check your bank — failed payments at the gateway level (e.g. BAD_REQUEST_ERROR) do not charge your account, even if the merchant page looked like it was processing. If your bank shows no debit, just retry. Net Banking sometimes fails on a specific bank's terminal — switching to UPI, a credit/debit card, or a different bank's Net Banking almost always succeeds. If you do see a debit but no course access, WhatsApp us your order ID (starts with order_) or payment ID (pay_) and we'll trace it within minutes.
Try logging out and logging back in first — enrollments cache for a few minutes. If it's still locked, send us your registered email + the course name on WhatsApp or to [email protected]. We can manually grant access in under 2 minutes if there's a webhook delay. Razorpay occasionally takes 30–60 seconds to fire the post-payment webhook; that's the most common cause.
We auto-detect your country via Cloudflare. India should always see ; everywhere else sees $. If you're in India and seeing USD, you're probably on a VPN or a corporate proxy that exits in another country — the easiest fix is to disable the VPN, refresh, and the price will switch to INR. The actual checkout always charges in INR for Indian payment methods (UPI, Net Banking, RuPay), so even if the landing page shows the wrong currency, the Razorpay popup will show the correct ₹ amount.
We offer a 7-day refund on all paid courses, no questions asked, as long as you've completed less than 30% of the course. Email [email protected] with your order ID and we'll process it the same business day. The refund hits your original payment method in 5–7 working days (Razorpay's window). For partial completions over 30%, we'll usually still help — talk to us.
Course completion certificates auto-generate when you finish the last lesson + pass the course quiz (where applicable). They appear on your dashboard under "My Certificates" within 5 minutes. If it's been longer, WhatsApp us your registered email and we'll regenerate manually. Certificates include a verification URL anyone can use to check authenticity.

Inside India: UPI (GPay / PhonePe / Paytm / BHIM), Credit and Debit cards (Visa / Mastercard / RuPay / Amex), Net Banking (most major banks), and Wallets (Paytm / Mobikwik / Airtel Money). Outside India: international Visa / Mastercard / Amex via Razorpay. If a specific method fails, the others will work — it's almost always a bank-routing issue we can sidestep by switching method.
