What happens after 30 days?

Your access pauses. You can renew anytime by re-purchasing for another 30-day window. Your progress (completed labs, checklist state) is preserved.

Is the cloud terminal shared with other learners?

Yes — it's a multi-tenant sandbox. That makes it cheap to offer this price point. Each session runs as the same lab user (sudo locked to networking tools only), so you can't break each other's work and you can't access anything sensitive.

Can I download a certificate after finishing?

A completion certificate is on the roadmap. For now, the verification checklists give you a tangible record of completed work.

What if I'm based outside India?

Razorpay accepts international cards. Pricing displays in USD ($100); the charge converts to INR at Razorpay's FX rate.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — if you've used less than 10% of the lab content within 7 days of purchase, email [email protected] for a full refund.
